Christopher Miller is the Senior Director of Fund Design and Modeling at LISC Strategic Investments and oversees the designing of impactful real estate and business investment funds. He has over fifteen years of real estate, capital markets, and economic development experience.
Prior to joining LISC, Christopher served as the Interim Vice President of Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investments at the DC Housing Finance Agency. He led the group responsible for issuing over $300 million in annual tax-exempt bonds to support the development and preservation of affordable housing in the District of Columbia. Christopher
also created the Housing Investment Platform, a social impact fund that invests in underserved communities, and led investments into projects to increase the District’s supply of affordable middle-income housing. Earlier in his career, Christopher was a Senior Analyst at Fannie Mae and an Analyst at Capital Automotive Real Estate Services.
Christopher received a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University, He serves on the board of Reach Incorporated, a nonprofit focused on improving literacy outcomes in DC
