Evalv IQ LLC is a minority female-owned, full-service cybersecurity consulting firm based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Evalv IQ is a certified Small Business Administration (SBA) Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) that offers a wide range of cybersecurity solutions for commercial clients and governmental organizations to secure their network infrastructures.


About the Sponsor

Theresa Jones, Owner and Principal Consultant of Evalv IQ founded the Company in 2020 to help strengthen the security posture of organizations and protect their informational assets. Ms. Jones splits her time equally between business development, and cybersecurity risk assessments and monitoring. Evalv IQ has two part-time staff members who are responsible for the initial research and physical assessment of firewalls and servers and is likely to add a full-time employee upon the execution of current additional contracts.


Investment Overview

The Abbott-LISC Diverse Suppliers in Health Initiative invested $150,000 to support Evalv IQ in growing their infrastructure to create and retain more contracts within the healthcare industry. The investment will support the company’s move into a new office space to set up a help desk for ongoing cybersecurity monitoring services.
