Tiffany Durr oversees fund deployment and deal origination strategy as well as manages the underwriting, approval and closing process at LISC Strategic Investments. She has over thirteen years of experience in commercial real estate finance and social impact investment.

 

Prior to joining LISC, Tiffany served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, one of the largest capital providers of affordable housing nationwide. As a commercial real estate lender, she provided debt capital solutions to owner-operators and developers to support the preservation and creation of affordable housing. Tiffany was involved with the expansion of the CDLI platform throughout the Southeastern United States by providing an array of financial services including construction debt, acquisition, bridge-to-resyndication, lines of credit and on-balance sheet permanent loans. On a project level basis, Tiffany was responsible for all aspects of loan sourcing, structuring, underwriting, closing and portfolio monitoring.

 

Prior to KeyBank, Tiffany served as an Associate at MicroVest Capital Management, a Bethesda-based impact investment firm that provides private debt capital to international microfinance institutions and small and medium enterprises. During her tenure, Tiffany was the primary manager of an international microfinance investment portfolio through five private equity funds and advisory contracts.

 

Tiffany’s community service included serving on the boards of Cheverly Village, a nonprofit providing supportive services to the elderly, and George Washington University, Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Tiffany graduated from George Washington University (GWU) with a Masters in Latin American Studies and holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). She lives with her family in Odenton, Maryland and enjoys cooking for family and friends, running, playing football, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.
