Tiffany Durr currently serves as the Interim President of LISC Fund Management, a national impact investment platform and registered investment advisor. Her responsibilities include strategic oversight of a 40-person platform dedicated to capital raising, fund design, deployment, and management of national impact investment vehicles. Launched in 2018, LFM manages $840 million in private investment funds focused on racial equity and affordable housing. She brings seventeen years of experience in commercial real estate finance and impact investing. LFM is a subsidiary of LISC, one of the country’s largest community development organizations. Since 1979, LISC has invested over $26.7 billion to build or rehab more than 463,000 homes and apartments, and develop 78.5 million SF in retail, community and educational space. Prior to joining LISC in 2020, Tiffany served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, one of the nation’s largest capital providers in affordable housing. Tiffany currently serves on the operating Board of University of Maryland, Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC). She graduated with a master’s in international development from George Washington University and bachelor’s from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). She currently resides in Odenton, Maryland.
