Tiffany serves as Senior Director Equity Originations where she leads Strategic Investment’s Community Investments Accelerators. She nearly 20 years of experience in community development, real estate finance, and loan fund management.
Most recently, Tiffany was Senior Vice President at the Harbor Bank of Maryland CDC where she led the operations of the organization including developing real estate and small business loan funds, developing and managing a co-working space and technical assistance, and running a developer training program. Tiffany was brought to Baltimore by The Reinvestment Fund to utilize her expertise to deepen the organizations penetration into the Baltimore & DC markets based on her proven track record doing so previously for Enterprise Community Partners in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina where she structured, marketed, underwrote, and managed the $20 million Louisiana Loan Fund in addition to business development for the LIHTC and NMTC product lines in six (6) different states. During her tenure at Marshall & Ilsley Bank CDC (purchased by BMO Harris Bank) Tiffany grew the assets of the CDC from $3 million to over $20 million across five (5) different states and spread headed the organizations entrance into NMTC.
Tiffany honed her financial modeling and deal structuring skills while serving as Development Officer for Biscayne Landing (undertaking the largest mixed use development in the country, at the time, of over $500 million) and Greater Miami Neighborhoods Incorporated where Tiffany financed an average of eight (8) large scale development deals a year. As an independent consultant Tiffany diversified her skill set by managing the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program for the State of Louisiana, provided affordable housing services to developer clients in her native Chicago, conducted State of Illinois Bond Issuance Analysis and Solar/Wind/Water business valuation services to Global Infrastructures Inc. She has managed regional loan funds, grown assets, been a real estate developer, completed company valuation analysis, conducted bond issuance analysis and executed over $85 million in investments in urban areas throughout the country.
Tiffany has a Bachelor’s of Arts from Beloit College. She was born and raised in Chicago and remains an avid Chicago Bears, Bulls, and White Sox fan. She lives in Baltimore and is very active in the community. She serves as Board Chair for Park Heights Renaissance Incorporated, was chosen as a member of Results Baltimore, and is a member of Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) LEADERship class of 2018. She loves live music, cooking, being an exploring foodie, and traveling. Last year she went to Amsterdam, Cuba, Qatar, and Bali.
