New Units
Evoke at Westerly Hills is a LHITC new construction affordable housing development that will create 156 units below 80 percent AMI with 20 percent of those units under 30 percent AMI. Evoke will have a mix of retail, commercial, multifamily, and office space as well as multiple retail centers nearby and accessible by existing sidewalks. Crosland Communities (CSE) and Horizon Development Properties (HDP), the development arm of the Charlotte Housing Authority (CHA), will team up to develop this mixed-income multifamily affordable housing development.
