Thank you to the Orlando Business Journal for a great feature on how minority-owned businesses across Florida can apply for fixed-rate, low-interest loans through the Southern Opportunity and Resilience (SOAR) Fund. Javier Zamora, owner of Sushi Kong restaurant, used a SOAR loan to strengthen his delivery system, open ghost kitchens, and transform the inside of his restaurant – paving the way for him to open new locations.
